Macrolix Balance Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of "Macrolix Balance," which combines your "Cash Balance" and "Rewards Balance" within the Macrolix ecosystem. Macrolix Balance is a designated account within the Macrolix system that records a user's accumulated credits, comprising both cash balance and earned rewards.

  1. Macrolix Balance
    2. Macrolix Balance allows you to manage your account credits in one convenient location. It consists of:
    • Cash Balance
      It represents the amount of money (in Indian Rupees) you have added into your Macrolix account. Cash Balance constitutes an actionable claim, representing a debt owed by Macrolix to you.
    • Rewards Balance
      It represents rewards earned through various Macrolix programs. The balance within the Rewards Balance is referred to as "points." Each point has a value of INR 1.
  2. Cash Balance
    • Funding
      Cash Balance can be funded through various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, etc. Each fund in to the Cash Balance would have some minimum amount based on the method of payment.
    • Maximum Limit
      The maximum Cash Balance in your account is limited to INR 5,000.
    • Refund
      Refunds may be initiated only through your registered email address. A processing fee may be applicable for refunds.
    • Non-Transferability
      Cash Balance is non-transferable to other users.
  3. Rewards Balance
    • Value
      Each point within the Rewards Balance has a value of INR 1.
    • Non-Transferability
      Points are non-transferable to other users.
    • Non-Withdrawability
      Points cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  4. Balance Usage
    5. Macrolix Balance can be used in purchase of products or services within Macrolix. When purchasing a product/service, balance within the Cash Balance will be utilized first, followed by Rewards Balance.
  5. Interest
    6. No interest will be earned on either Cash Balance or Rewards Balance.
  6. Policy Changes
    7. Macrolix reserves the right to modify the policy, bonus earning rates, redemption options, and other aspects of the policy at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
  7. Disclaimer
    8. Macrolix makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the policy or its wallet.
  8. Governing Law
    9. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  9. Entire Agreement
    10. This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Macrolix regarding the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
